Health & Safety / HR Assistant

An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Health & Safety/HR Assistant to join our growing team at Ridgway!
Previous experience with both Health & Safety and Human Resources is preferred
Job Role of the Health & Safety/HR Assistant:
- Forecast & organising of training requirements
- Keeping manuals and certification up to date
- Assistance with Appraisals, Disciplinaries etc.
- Ensuring everyone is working safely
- General Risk Assessments
Requirements:
- Previous experience with both Health & Safety and Human Resources is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience working within the hire industry is also an advantage
- PC literate with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a confident and flexible attitude.
The successful candidate needs to be a strong character, with the ability to have empathy when required.
