Hope House Christmas Donation, Our chosen charity for 2025

We are pleased to announce that our chosen charity for 2025 will be Hope House & Ty Gobaith Hospices. It was agreed that this year, rather than give customers gifts & cards for Christmas, we are instead going to give a donation to Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices.

Marketing Manager, Adam Jermaine-Jones was recently treated to tour of the hospice in Oswestry and commented on how welcoming the hopsice was for the families that use it. He went on to say that everyone works hard to make the hospice a warm and welcoming place. Adam met with Vicky Bradbeer to present a cheque of £1500 to help with the valuable work that staff at Hope House do everyday.

Hope House Christmas Donation

Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices supports families in Shropshire, Cheshire, Mid Wales and North Wales who are either caring for a terminally ill child or whose child has sadly passed away.

Various challenges over the last few years have had a significant impact on the hospices; Increased costs have meant that fundraising is even more important than ever, charities of all shapes and sizes have found that there are fewer grants available for less money. Every penny raised for Hope House helps provide families with the help they need to cope with some of the darkest moments they’ll face.

It was agreed that this year, rather than give customers gifts & cards for Christmas, we are instead going to give a donation to Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices.

Ridgway Rentals have supported Hope House for many years and have to date raised £16,751.43 for this amazing charity. We look forward to another year of fundraising and creating awareness for this magical charity.

The next fundraising event is the Llangollen Canal walk which is taking place on Sunday the 23rd of March, places can be booked on the Hope House website
