Posted Tuesday October 4th 2022Ridgway Rentals are supply JCB Telehandler to Ukraine, can you help?
As the conflict in Ukraine continues, you may be wondering what you can do to help those caught up in it.
Our machines can be purchased and supplied to many countries all over the world, most recently a JCB 540-140 telehandler purchased from a business in Ukraine.
Whilst this is great news for us, the reality of the conflict in Ukraine still continues and help is still needed wherever possible!
We need your help with items that are desperately needed for those in Ukraine who have not been able to seek Refuge in another country.
HOW WILL WE DO THIS?
If you are not familiar with a telehandler, large items can be placed on the pallet forks to transport materials. We plan to add a large wooden crate, filled with your donations, on to the telehandler being delivered to Ukraine next week.
Once the Telehandler has been to delivered to location, the buyer of the machine will pass over all donations to the closet organization helping with the crisis.
WHAT IS NEEDED?
Items typically sought include blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, bed linen, tents, warm and thermal clothing, first aid kits, bandages, painkillers, nappies, toiletries, toothbrushes, toothpaste and toys.
If you need any advice on what can be dropped off, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01691 770171
