WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE A HEAVY HAULAGE ADMINISTRATOR AT RIDGWAY RENTALS

Ridgway Rentals is a family owned, and run, Plant Hire Company and this position is based at our head office in St Martins, Shropshire

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General administrative duties within the transport department
  • Assisting with transport planning and routing
  • Submitting abnormal load movement orders
  • Monitoring of drivers hours
  • Maintain vehicle maintenance records
  • Monitor timesheets and expenses

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

  • Computer literate
  • Good telephone manner
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Be reliable, self-motivated and willing to work hard
  • Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided

Full training will be provided for the role of transport assistant –

  • Permanent position
  • Full Time – hours of work to be agreed
  • Progression opportunities
  • Good rate of pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
